I too have been using Dashlane for a long time and have used the same password. All of a sudden it will not accept the master password. I cannot log in from any of my computers, etc. I have tried to log into the web site and no luck. It is very frustrating. I have not changed the password and no one else has access to it. I've made sure the cap lock is not on. I know other people have had a similar issue. I need a solution asap.
How do you contact their help desk?
