Check carefully if you do not have 2 machines with identical names backing up to TSM, it happens if you copy client opt file without looking at it.

in vmware tivoli report i have the message with different uuid. When i login in Tivoli Manager console and try to run backup it answers the node is not registered ...I am really confused.

Loong ago it happened with TSM4 that it happily mixed backups of 2 nodes with same nodename. UUID effectively protects against this kind of damage.
Stop backups for one cycle and check what backs up with this node name and other UUID.
In order to register a node do i need to run a backup in order to change UUID or i need any other command.Itrid to find some answers but for tivoli there is a lot of confused information what way to take in order to resolve your issue....
