Unified messaging not working after AD was destroyed.
Folks,
My network was attacked and we lost well everything. Had to do a complete rebuild AD DNS DHCP the works. Backups destroyed almost a total loss. I've gotten everything else back to working just fine and a lot cleaner.
The problem I am having is the Call manager/ Unity server were connected to the old domain I don't know which AD accounts need to be created and how to link them back into CM/US. Call manager and Unity are functioning quite well but I cant get Unified messaging to send the voicemails to Outlook. We are using Office 365 full hosted. We used the same address scheme as before for continuity. CM/US can both see the domain as they are using my local DNS server. Anyone have an idea of the configuration steps. I haven't opened a case with TAC yet figured I would start here.
Thanks
John
