2010 Outlook rejecting password for 365 email

Had to  uninstall 64 bit office to install 32 bit for email functionality within GP,  now outlook rejects password for 365 account
removed all passwords from credential manager that pertains to Outlook ??

You can try the following method to resolve your issue:
Open Office 365 and run Desktop Setup utility.

To run Desktop Setup:
Go to Office 365 Settings >> Software >> Desktop Setup, in the new portal.

Note: Desktop Setup utility is under Downloads on the right-hand side of the old portal.

First, Office 2010 has not been supported with Office 365 since Oct 2015 (https://products.office.com/en-US/office-system-requirements) when it exited mainstream support; and Office 365 ProPlus (2013 version) is no longer supported either in case you were wondering.

Second, do you have the Microsoft Online Services Sign-In Assistant installed?

As previously stated, the Desktop Setup via the Office 365 portal should get you set.
