Office 365 New Employee Creation Automation

Does anyone have a script that they would be willing to share used in an Office 365 Hybrid environment, that can be used to create the new employees mailbox in Exchange Online, assign the E3/E1 license, and create the Remote user mailbox object on the Exchange 2013 On-Prem servers?

Basically a user is created by HR software in Active Directory, we want a script to assign the user a license in O365 and create a Remote User Mailbox object on prem so they are visible in the GAL and and get emails from On Prem users...
