My company has a restricted domain. In this domain some users have access to email via outlook. Basically we restrict access using GPO to allow users to read email, but not able to reply, create new mail. It works for the most part, but there are back doors and work around with this solution. I am looking for a solution that allows users to read emails but nothing else. Are you guys aware of any 3rd party tool or configuration that will allow this?
forgot to add >> same users have full access to same mailbox in normal office environment.
