Self Hosted open source or free remote desktop solution

Hey Guys,

I'm in need of a self hosted remote desktop solution like Guacamole but where people can download a client and start the remote session (Logmein). Guacamole seemed to me the way to go but its too "client less".

Any help or recommendation will be appreciated.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have something like self hosted should be awesome.

Their website is (at least to me) not all that intuitive to use, but they have all the pieces you need:
Remote access (like teamviewer, logmein, etc)
Connections can be encypted
You can host it on your own server
Clients can be "branded"/customised
