we are facing problem in outlook like we received mail from anyone it shows us as a draft or editable mail.
in my organization we are using MS Exchange 2013 and clients we are using office 2010, 2013 and 2016. we have comman prolem in different users they received any message it converts itself as draft or editable message and we cannot forward or reply there is only discord this message.
kindly help me regarding this issue.
