How do you check for multiple possibilities in Excel

I have a spreadsheet with a list of ages.  IF the age is 8  I want the adjacent cell to say 1km, or if 9 or 10 to say 2km and if 11 or 12 or 13 to say 3km.  So age in H1 and distance in I1 depending upon age given

Although the question is closed, if the age ranges do not change then a much simpler formula could be used

=MIN(3,INT((H1-5)/2))
