It's possible the computers are restarting due to over-heating. &nbsp;First thing I'd do is open up the case of each machine and see if the vents and fans are gunked up with dust and lint.<br />
<br />
If they are, get a can of air, take them outside and blow them out.

- I have now got one of the computers with me <br />
What I have noticed is that when it does crash a blue screen appears with critical error, when it restarts it boots into BIOS, and none of the SATA drives is present. <br />
You have to then initiate a reset of the computer for it to boot back into windows<br />
<br />
The computer is around a year old, not much dust and I've even cleaned it thoroughly just in case <br />
<br />

what i have done so far is<br />
clean the computer from all dust<br />
update BIOS to latest firmware<br />
update windows to latest updates <br />
