1- Open your vSphere client and press Crtl+s<br />
2- Select Change the VM power state <br />
3- Select the virtual machines that you want to reboot<br />
4- Select the Power Operation option as Reset <br />
5- Give the Task Name and frequency<br />
6- Finish

You should use the Windows task manager to reboot the servers and not vCenter.
