Exchange Sending "On Behalf" : does it work with secondary emails
Is it possible to send on behalf of one email addresses associated with our name in exchange...
I just tried and get a "impossible to contact the recipient: email phil@xxxx.xxx . You are not authorized to send email to that recipient."
Sounds like a wrong message... because there is no filtering to my gmail.com test email .. it probably should have said "you cannot send email to that recipient from this sender".

Did you granted send of behalf permission. Also, download the OAB manually and then send it.

Can you check if the recipient is allowed to accept all emails.
The message is saying the recipient is rejecting your message.
I think the problem comes form de difference between EXCHANGE MAILBOXES and "smtp email attached to a mailboxes".
Let say I have 2 EXCHANGE MAILBOXES:
1- TEST1 : test1@cie.com
2- ME : me@cie.com and sales@cie.com
If I go under TEST1 and give SEND ON BEHALF permissions to ME
Then it works and I can send emails on behalf of TEST1.
I am able to put me@cie.com and sales@cie.com
But I CANNOT go in ME and give a "Send on behalf" permission to sales@cie.com . Because it ask for a EXCHANGE MAILBOXES... and says he cannot find "sales@cie.com"...
So, if correct, I have no option other then create a mailbox for every and use the other emails to create them. (which means removes smpt emails from ME and create a new mailbox called SALES and attach sales@cie.com to it.
I have done the procedure right here and still doesn't work with this error code:
