Lync to Skype for Business

Hi,

Just in the process of migrating from exchange 2010 to O365.
With our E3 plan we get access to Skype for business, I have found so users can login to Skype for business some can not, after investigating I discovered in the past we had a lync server but as no one used it so the VM was deleted without any uninstall so some users have values in AD for

msRTCSIP-DeploymentLocator
msRTCSIP-FederationEnabled
msRTCSIP-InternetAccessEnabled
msRTCSIP-OptionFlags
msRTCSIP-PrimaryHomeServer
msRTCSIP-PrimaryUserAddress
msRTCSIP-UserEnabled
msRTCSIP-UserPolicies
msRTCSIP-UserRoutingGroupId

Can I just clear these settings?
