Exchange 2013 Admin Center Issue

I have an exchange 2013 Server running on windows server 2012 standard. When i login into with my administrator account i dont see all the Options like the list below.
Compliance Management.
Mail Flow.
Public folders.
Unified Messaging.

I only see Account, Organize email, groups, site mailboxes, settings, phone, block or allow, and apps.

Is there a Powershell command that i can run to fix the administrator account?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
