insider builds

I've been getting insider preview build for several months now, but it's getting annoying having to reboot every couple days for a new build...

i'm trying to opt out, but this is the only instruction I have to do so:

and it tells me nothing... I have the option to opt out for a few days, but I want to opt out permanently

is it only possible to do so on a production build?  do I have to wait?  how do I know when the next production build will be released?

this is getting really annoying
