Lately many of my clients are saying that when they turn on their computer windows 10 does not accept their password. I have had six people with this problem in the last week alone. We also cannot reset the password using their Microsoft account. Is there a command line fix for this?

Microsoft Account? Isn't that usually something they setup with an email account? How would you reset it? They have to go to Microsoft site and reset it, unless there is something you are leaving out.
This could be a network issue where its not seeing the network.

Many people use a local account if they do not want to use a Microsoft account. Having said that this is happening a lot and going to the Microsoft account on another computer does not fix the problem.
Both the wireless and Ethernet connections are good. On local accounts you can login without a connection. The message says " Windows does not recognize your profile".
You’ll find your account there, right-click on it, and delete it
Now close Registry Editor, and head to Settings>Accounts
Try to add your account again

I cannot login because the login will not accept any password.
Microsoft Account is set up using an email address, you can reset your password online. Use any device connected to the Internet to open the Microsoft password reset page from below link: https://account.live.com/password/reset
