People pane in outlook 2016 with exchange 2016

I work at a school, we want AD photos to show for staff but not to students as they abuse and screenshot/edit them

is there anyway to do this?

If your students have access to outlook and are in the same email domain then they will see them.  Most of the time I have seen schools separate the email domains for students and staff something like:

students.school.edu and then have another as staff.school.edu with seperate address books.  As the images will be tied to the address book users this can keep them separated.
