‘unable to relay’.

development users are not able to send emails via one of the development servers AXEPSN-1 this morning. They are receiving an error, ‘unable to relay’.

Please let us know if the server 'AXEPSN-1' has to be added under connectors to allow this server to send mails.

You have to add the ip address if that server to the exchange receive connector. Normally, a specific receive connector created for application.

To create a receive connector:
