Hello I have read a few other posts but am not as computer literate as others<br />
Our small business uses Citrix. From here we have outlook 2010 and 2013 <br />
I can't find the autocomplete file - I need the steps to find this list so I might save the contacts within my CRM software. When I try to find it using the c drive- a warning comes up saying not accessible. Can someone kindly send steps for how to obtain this context list?<br />
