Hello I have read a few other posts but am not as computer literate as others
Our small business uses Citrix. From here we have outlook 2010 and 2013
I can't find the autocomplete file - I need the steps to find this list so I might save the contacts within my CRM software. When I try to find it using the c drive- a warning comes up saying not accessible. Can someone kindly send steps for how to obtain this context list?
Thanks

Outlook 2010/2013 store AutoComplete lists right in mailboxes. You can extract these lists to different file formats (including XML) using third-party tools.

For example, you can use the Export Auto-Complete Lists utility to extract autocomplete data to XML or NK2 files.
