Todo/teamwork/project manager

Hi,
I'm looking for a cloud-based todo/teamwork/project manager that does the following:
  Each person in my organisation gets a login
  Create a project (e.g setup new server)
  Under this project, create & assign subtasks to different people and monitor their progress/comments
  Set due dates/reminders on subtasks
Any suggestions?

Thanks. I've tried Trello, but do not find that you can create subtasks on the 'cards'. You rather have to create a new list for each item, and then assign 'cards' to each user. I would rather a feature where the 'cards' where more granular.
