Rather than it be a IT Contract it would be a Support Contract you would need. Alternatively if this is going to be an ongoing arrangement with a monthly fee then what you are looking for is a Service Level Agreement.<br />

A SLA Details all of the services you are offering to the customer, at what cost and the time frames in which to provide them. Normal SLA's also shed light on what compensation you will give if you fail to meet your end of the SLA.<br />
