need the childrens menu on winx download fails to complete analyze,youtube free downloader video not supported,5kplayer analyzer runs on and on never a download button,free download manager parsing failure. out of all these have downloaded maybe 3 or 4 music videos but no sweat anything else. do i need to buy to acheive satisfaction re rolling stones. i am a TV & CD {tech virgin & computer dummy} b kind thank you .
