How do I get rid of that "best solution" popup

The mosty irritating thing on web sites is popups. And you have splashed an enormous one ALL OVER the page as I am trying to read it. How do I get rid of it?

See User generated image .. The orange one at the bottom is very irritating, pops up over most articles, and leaves a little window in which one can read the other comments. It seems to no longer be a problem now I have logged back in. As you can see that was in a private browser so I was effectively logged out. It's a problem for visitors only. The live consultants popup is a bit annoying too, but nowhere near as distracting as that thing.  It would be nice to have a very small popup saying "go to solution" (when I am logged in as well). Ps: I have ad blocker. Cheers
Those pop-ups are normal and go away in a hurry.

Close down Live Consultants.

Again log out and log back in.

I am here a lot and pop-ups are not a big deal.
You can also go to your own Profile, Settings, Communications and turn off some of the notifications you do not want.
Fair enough. Yes, I know how to close the live consultants, but the other one doesn't just go away at all (Unless logged in). I was researching a difficult situation and came here several times only to find it really quite difficult to read comments and even the question itself. Each to their own.  It is distracting and silly having it so big and along the bottom. If my screen were portrait, it would not be so bad. Anyway, consider it a suggestion :-)
I have not seen the one you showed. I see a green Answered pop up lower right when I answered a question, otherwise I do not see the other.

Put your browser in Windowed (not Full Screen) mode and make it a bit smaller. That may solve some of your issues.

Also, I have learned to scroll up almost instinctively to avoid the lower area. It allows me to read without interference.
