Wordpress Contact Form 7 using up whole page
Hi All
I have Contact Form 7 setup on this website page - http://www.lindahillfitness.co.uk/contact-linda
& I have used it again on another website https://meridenhouse.co.uk/contact-us/
The issue being is on the second site it's using up so much space.
I do not recall setting size constraints for the form itself originally so not sure why it's doing this. If someone can help I would appreciate it.

Which config file on my ftp would this setting be in or would I add a div tag in the actual page surrounding the shortcode.
I will have a look further when get home this evening.
