Policy for IE11 tabs

Our IE11 browser is opening up with 2 tabs. 1 tab is our company homepage and 1 is MSN. Is it possible to remove the MSN using GPO?

I actually found the setting but its not configured.

I tried disabling the policy so the 2nd tab wont show but it still pulls up msn.com

You can manipilate these Registry values via AD GPO Preferences
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
