ms updates

I have a HP laptop with Windows 7 Pro installed.  I have windows updates disabled.  Every time I reboot 1 update installs every time.  Any idea on how to get it stopped?

Use GWX control Panel I think it has an option to shut off MS Updates.

I just installed it again it has an option "Click to change Windows update settings"

Go to below link open / save the Windows Update Troubleshooter, follow the steps in the wizard to find and fix problems with Windows Update.

You may wish to use GWX Control Panel as suggested above to prevent Windows 10 from installing. That is valid.

Otherwise do NOT disable Windows 7 updates. All you will do is cause further damage to updates.
