I have a HP laptop with Windows 7 Pro installed. I have windows updates disabled. Every time I reboot 1 update installs every time. Any idea on how to get it stopped?

I just installed it again it has an option "Click to change Windows update settings"

Easy was is to set to windows update service to disabled mode.
