If the CDROM is one you bought a long time ago then the URL is probably no longer valid. The company has probably disabled or changed that URL so that any CDs that used it can no longer do so.

i do not understand why cd is linked with url. i see first time this kind of thing

You could.
Most likely you have an old out of date training CD that they no longer support. If they no longer support it they won't support the URL. But call them and see what they say.

i tested other works fine like i installed MS word yesterday and it installed file.
that CDROM is a training CD ROM with bunch of technology related videos from a vtc training company which i bought logn time back. URL it goes is something like vtc.com etc
