Why doesn't Windows Explorer Open ?
I right click on Windows home button (see attached), File Explorer. Windows explorer opens for a second and then closes ?
My OS is Windows 10 Professional, 64 bit.
My laptop is Dell Latitude E5570. Processor is Intel core i5.
I have been using this laptop for last Four months with no problem.

This doesn't happen with task manager. I'm not sure how to invoke regedit.
