about one week. There is another issue. When i first turned him back on i set him on essentials and this morning upgraded him to premium. I am not an it expert and i know i made a mistake but need help finding it.

Yeah, I'd call MS and have them untangle the issue. I'm not sure there is anything you can do at this point on your own.
