PIM sparse mode question

When PIM sparse mode is configured it automatically create a tunnels to the RP.

What happens if you were to assign the IP of the tunnel accidentally somewhere else?  Would PIM reIP the tunnel, or will it break?

Tunnel0                10.148.64.133   YES unset  up                    up


Access>

vlan 30
ip address 10.148.64.113 255.255.255.0
