I have problem backing up files from a profile called &quot;jwhite&quot; as the followings: <br />

Computer A:<br />
Operating system: Windows 7<br />
There is a user called “jwhite”<br />

Computer B: <br />
Operating system: Windows 10<br />

Goal: I want to back up all the files of “jwhite” to Computer B<br />

Action: I take out the HD of Computer A, then plug it (through USB port) to computer B; I can see the volume of computer A as drive D: <br />

Problem: When I open the Drive D, then, go to User folder, I did NOT see the “jwhite” profile.<br />
<br />
I believe there must be something to be configured &nbsp;at Computer B. <br />
<br />
