Unprotect for adding content within a Text Box

EE Pros,

QQ.  If I have a Text Box that I'm putting data into, and I protect the Worksheet, does the Text box also become protected like a protected cell or is it always "unprotected"?  If so, and I protect the WS, when I tab to Unlocked cells (assuming that's the only unrestricted cell allowed for), will I be able to tab directly into the Text Box (assuming it is not locked)?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

While protecting the worksheet if you check the box next to Edit Objects under the allowed events, that will allow a user to edit the text content of the checkbox even if the sheet is protected.
