Are you an Exchange administrator? Because you can create distribution groups in Exchange.


I cant figure out from above question what should be the name OF DL

If you're Exchange Admin (domain admin) you can create Distribution Group and assign address to this group.
Go to group membership and add appropriate people to this distribution group.


Now if you send email to then all members of this group will get this message.
