exchange 2007, outlook

I would like to set up a distribution email address for an initative I’m working on for one of Compliant Products.  I want to include a “customer service” type of email on an order form.

Something like:

CollegiateSupport@domain.com

also i should be the owner.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you an Exchange administrator? Because you can create distribution groups in Exchange.

If you're Exchange Admin (domain admin) you can create Distribution Group and assign address CollegiateSupport@domain.com to this group.
Go to group membership and add appropriate people to this distribution group.

Done

Now if you send email to CollegiateSupport@domain.com then all members of this group will get this message.
