Can you upload DB with import table (only structure, without data)?
I see errors in data file.
List No 2228, for example. There is extra comma in field:
Generic DDR2-667 512MB Memory, OEM,9.27,
If you can modify export specification, will be better to include text fields in double quotes.
Field:
"Generic DDR2-667 512MB Memory, OEM",9.27,
could be imported without problems

We can try to import file in VBA, if it is repeating operation. If you need to import file only once, will be better to open it in Excel and edit wrong fields.
