Only HTTPS website are opening properly
I have Windows 10 1607, latest updated, no separate antivirus, recent system cleaned with ccleaner and antimalawarebytes. Be it any browser or thru wifi or ethernet, https site I can easily open and browse but regular sites its non opening, even my home router webpage is not opening, I can access internet properly from my Android chrome browser in same network, no issues. I used the Windows 0 network reset feature, cleared dns cache, tcpip reset done, drivers updated, what else could be the issue.
It can be Internet sevice provider Fault. call them to make sure
Other options,
hard reset your router, and reconfigure it.
if that didn't help,
Restoring to an earlier restore point, prior to the problem.
if there is no restore point, or it's not working, then:
You can do a Windows 10 Repair Install with an In-place Upgrade to fix that problem.
You will not lose any data files or Apps if you follow the Instructions.
Go to the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool from this link:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Click on download tools, save it on desktop, then run it as Administrator, accept license agreement, then Choose Upgrade This PC Now, let Windows to Update drivers. make sure that Keep Personal Files and Apps is Selected and let the Windows do the rest.

Which browser are you using?
Try a different browser such as Chrome and see if the problem still occurs.

Glen, I changed to private yesterday to see if thats the issue but its not making much of a difference. @Ramin, yes system restore is what I may be doing finally as router is already reset. @bdrunton, irrespective of the browser I use same issue.

Any nasties found? Also give it a scan with MalwareBytes https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/ (free version). It does seem like a nasty but it is usually the other way around, https sites not accessible.

Not sure if I'm reading this right from the information given but ignore my comment if it's not relevant.
Is your network registering as Public or Private?
I've had experience of several Windows 10 updates causing the network connection to revert to Public, without you noticing, which seems to cause some odd difficulties. The easiest fix was to open File Explorer and try to explore your Network; a message pops-up underneath your toolbar to inform you that Network Discovery and File Sharing are turned off. When you click on the message read the popup dialogs carefully but the essence is that you want to allow Network Discovery and File Sharing and, on the second pop-up dialog, you want to change your network to Private.
If this doesn't solve your problem, there are a few other things to try... let me know.
