NTP configuration on Cisco switch

Hello Experts,

I have a cisco switch - 3850 and it will have a connection to the internet,

I would like to configure this switch to be the main NTP device for the network. I would like this switch to gets its time from the internet, I also need to have the clock and time zone adjusted UTC/GMT -4 hours and day light savings to be enabled.

if anyone can give me the command lines, it will be appreciated.

Configure device as NTP client:
ntp server <ntp_server_IPaddress> prefer
ntp server <ntp_server_IPaddress>
clock summer-time
clock timezone UTC -4

Configure device as NTP server:
ntp master

is there an ip address in internet I can use? Any well known servers ?

What about the day light savings settings?
