Where is the Help Section?

Where can I get help on how to use this site?  At the moment I just need to know how to close off a question that I have received adequate responses from.  How do I do that?  Where can I get help about the site - using it and whatever else?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I can imagine. It's slightly convoluted. Click on your profile image (where you would typically go to logout of the site) and right at the bottom of the pop-up, you would see support. Click on that.

I have done that for you here.

Hope it helps!

Thanks Nitin!  Very kind of you to not only point me to it, but take me to it.  Excellent, and if I come up with a SQL Server question one day I'll make sure I ask for you. :-)
Much appreciated,
David

Thanks, I'm also trying to edit my username, I tried Profile but it doesn't seem to have that facility, any ideas?  At present I'm just using my real name, but if I can change it I would.
Thanks for the answer Paul.

I believe the "username" is immutable, but whatever you enter as first+last names will become the visible name. Open your progfile page and click where indicated here:edit-profile-names.png that changes the screen to reveal 2 edit boxes then use the "tick" (or "checkmark") to save.

I mustn't be in the right area, I went into my profile page but I couldn't find any boxes as you've shown in your post.  Hard to find?

When you are on your profile page, just click on your name.

Thanks Nitin, I clicked on my name and there were two edit boxes (first and last name), I was also wondering if there was a separate username section, I couldn't see that.  Thanks for the help anyway.
