I have a page that had a reference to &quot;Adira glanz&quot; on it. I removed this as well as an associated PDF file. THen I went into Google WEbmaster Tools and temporarily removed the page.<br />

A month later the page is back in the index - even though the content is non-existent.<br />

How can I permanently remove a reference in the google index if the page no longer exists?<br />
