How to Notify the external email sender that the email receiver user resigned from the company in exchange server 2010.
basically i want to be notifying the external email senders whenever they send an email to a disabled account in our organization.
per our organization policy we do not delete the emails of the resigned staffs and therefore the senders are not notified that their emails were not seen.
