psched

I have a ton of errors telling me that Quality Windows Audio Visual Experience service psched needs to be running. This service may not be installed? I looked it up but it seems more related to XP than windows 7? error code 7003 Service control manager. How can I fix this?

Neither is there. A while back I removed Qos from the list as we really did not need it.

I ended up putting back Qos service on my desktop and it works fine now.
