Windows 10, Hotmail and AdChoices

Hi all. Not sure if this question is a no brainer or not. When I log onto MSFT Hotmail, or Outlook, on the right hand side, I get these annoying ads that show up. If I look at the property of the window, it shows some crappy, unknown URL.
My question. Is this part of windows or some ad crap that I can get rid of?
I use a paid sub for McAfee - it doesn't detect it as anything.
Thanks all.

It is part of Hotmail.  Use Outlook.com or use Outlook to download your Hotmail account

Hi John. So, no way to get rid of them then? So annoying that you cannot browse the web these days without someone tracking your every move.
I have not seen a way to do this, so I use Outlook instead.
Oh I see, I thought they were the same thing, ie, Hotmail.com reverts to outlook.com. But, you mean the fat client that ships with Win10?

I had no idea you could use a Hotmail account with the Outlook fat client. I assumed the client was only for corporate Exchange clients. So, not only is my question answered, but I also get the bonus of using the client - win win. Many thanks John.
You are very welcome and I was happy to help you resolve this.
