Copying an open file

I have a development front-end that I wish to make a backup of every time I close the home screen.  However, as it is open it won't allow me to copy it.  Any ideas?

PS - It doesn't need to be pretty, as it's just for me.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You need to write a function that opens another access application and this copies your front end...The other application will operate under timer and file operation and close after the job is completed...
