I cannot find any reference to that device at all, so I'm not even able to tell if VPN setup is available. A modem is not capable of manging a VPN, a router/firewall might. You should look into what <u>you</u> have as reference documents. I doubt you will find someone here who knows anything about Beetel ...

VPN Server config in Modem
