system cleanup utilities for all users

i have multiple computers that are connected to a domain that multiple users use. I currently use CCleaner and Advanced System Care to clean the junk and get them running better. do i have to log in as each user and do this or will logging in as the local admin clean all the users junk on that computer? should i be doing something else?

thank you

You have to log in as each user to complete the cleaning of each user's profile.

is there anything else i should use? how do it people normally do this
Just came across this one:

   You can get
    http://www.foolishit.com/vb6-projects/dmaintenance
Delete Temp files for all user profiles, not just the currently logged in user profile!
Delete Temporary Internet Files (IE, Firefox, Chrome)
    Delete Internet History (IE)
    Delete Cookies (IE)
what about:
startup optimization
registry clean
registry defrag
privacy sweep
spyware removal
disk scan
junk files clean
vulnerability fix
shortcut fix
system optimization
disk optimization

these are all things that Advanced SystemCare does
>>  These are all things that Advanced SystemCare does

But do you want your users doing these things?  If you've got average users then you don't want them touching stuff that could be dangerous.

Registry cleaning isn't recommended by Microsoft.
Registry defragging could be nice, I used to do it for Windows XP.  But I'm not sure I noticed any difference in performance.  And will the users notice it?
Various optimization routines are nice but will the users notice it?

Your intentions are good but with modern systems it might be best to leave as Microsoft intended.  With a reasonable CPU and memory the modern computers are quite nice.  For a power user the tweaks you suggest could be helpful but is there a measurable performance increase.
