Conditional formatting of a cell based on text anywhere in the workbook

I have a column that contains data formatted like this "nnnnn, text".  There is one sheet per month.  I wish to "fill" (color?) any cell that has identical data in any other sheet with a light shading.

For example, in October I enter what I think is "new data', say "07300, Smith Residence".  However, because I did not recall entering that same information in January I would like the cell shading to change from "No Fill" to a light fill so as to draw my attention to the duplication.

Thank you so much!  That almost works.  It took a bit of testing but I find that it only returns "TRUE" if the older entry appears twice in the month in question.  I changed the ">1" to ">0".  That seemed to fix it problem.. However, because I am new to Excel, did that change mess with the way the results will be reported?

Again, thank you so very much.
ROB WAS QUICK AND GAVE A SUPER EASY TO UNDERSTAND ANSWER.  HE ALSO PROVIDED AN IMPORTANT ALTERNATE CASE EXAMPLE.
Changing to ">0" would highlight all entries where there is 1 or more. The ">1" would indicate where there is more than 1.

Hopefully you now have it working how you want it.
