Outlook 2016 unable to connect to Exchange 2013 on premises

Hallo, I just installed exchange 2013 to update exchange 2010. I have everything made it to work correctly and I am in the last step to go live the new server. But I can not configure outlook 2016 to connect to new exchange 2013. From OWA everything is working I try almost all the google answer but no luck. I have to mention that Exchange 2010 is productive in my environment that's why I need to first be 100% sure that exchange 2013 will work and then to remove it. Does anyone else has the same problem.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Outlook 2016 requires Autodiscover to function. You may be having issues with that. What errors are you getting? Can you post screenshots?

THis is the error that I get
Adam BrownSenior Systems AdminCommented:
Yeah. Autodiscover isn't configured properly. You need to have DNS records that point autodiscover.domain.com to your Exchange 2013 server.

I have done this two records at internal dns. I do not want to make changes at public dns because as I mention we have exchange 2010 as productive mail server.
Adam BrownSenior Systems AdminCommented:
Those records are for pts.local, and won't be used unless you enter username@pts.local when configuring accounts. You have to have an Autodiscover record for the domain you use for the email address of the mailbox when configuring outlook. If your mailboxes have @pts.local email addresses, though, you can use that to configure Outlook. Once configured, the mailbox will use the domain.com email address instead for sending mail.

I try also to configure it with @pts.local ots find the autodiscover path but nothing happened.
