VMware ESXI running on Dell server - Server Crash Scenario

I have installed EXSi version 6 on 2 separate Dell servers and I am running two vm on Each.  My question is how do you recover EXSI and the vm if the Dell server suffers a catastrophic hardware failure and crash, i.e. loss RAID, RAID controller, etc.?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
