I have inherited an Access DB with one table and multiple fields that are Yes/No fields, For example:

FName
LName
Field 1 -20 is Yes/No

I have been asked to create a report that provides based on if certain fields 1-20 are checked.  If Field 1 is checked, then it should 1.25, if anything else is checked it is .25.

Short of multiple "If" statements I'm not sure if this is feasible in access
