Sales Manager receives an email from customer with an RFQ and need by date.
Sales Manager forwards the message to rfq@company.com as a appointment/meeting which is then added to the RFQ calendar for internal review in order to prioritize daily quoting activity for our Estimator.
I would like to setup a shared calendar where forwarded RFQ emails are sent to as Appointments or Meetings for a specific date.
Have those appointments/meetings automatically accepted - the date being when that RFQ is due back to the customer.
Have a general idea in my head... just wondering if anyone has a clean process, so I don't have to trial and error.
