"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I use labels from Geha, Herma and sometimes Avery.

If you decided over the type, dimensions and you know their code, then you cab buy them online on Amazon:

Free samples? No idea. Maybe direct at the manufacturer. I do not think you have any chance at distributors or re-sellers.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you very much for your submitted links.  While I have not looked all of them over yet, I am confident I have what I need to get started.  At this point, I do have a follow up question which I believe ties into my original post.   With respect to customizing the look of the address labels, can I possibly do this through templates using Microsoft Word 2013?

Hello and Good Morning Everyone,

Thank you so very much for your submitted suggestions and especially for the resourceful links.  The links will certainly prove helpful in my endeavor to create self-adhesive address labels.

On a side note, I do have an additional question which I will open up as a new thread because I do not want to sidetrack from my original question.  It will be forthcoming soon.

              Thanks again.
